Definitions

"The Company" means Programmes Direct. Programmes Direct is a registered company. "The goods" means any items supplied by Programmes Direct. "The Buyer" means any individual or company that purchases goods from Programmes Direct.

Means of Payment

The Company will accept payment by cheque, postal order, direct to bank, or any major credit or debit card via paypal. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to "Programmes Direct". Payments direct to bank should be made to Bank: Alliance & Leicester. Name: Programmes Direct. Sort Code: 72-06-00. AC No. 04409868. Payments made by debit or credit card should be sent via paypal. All of these options are accessible from the "checkout" page of the website.

Delivery of Orders

Goods are despatched as soon as possible after receipt of order. In most cases this will be within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled provided the cancellation notice is given to The Company before the goods are despatched. In this case there are no cancellation charges. In the event of cancellation after the goods have been despatched they will need to be returned to The Company at the buyer's expense. Please see "Shipping & Returns" details below.

Shipping & Returns.

Returns are accepted provided the goods are returned in the original condition and within 7 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the goods in the original condition a refund will be made of the original purchase price only. The company does not refund any postage and handling charges incurred either in sending the goods to the buyer, or returning the goods to the company. However if The Company is responsible for sending the wrong goods to the buyer, any postage costs incurred by the buyer in returning the goods to The Company will be refunded.
